How to create a user and add the Uniview EZView Mobile App

Setting up the EZView mobile app from Uniview gives you instant access to your security camera system—right from your smartphone or tablet. Whether you're managing a business, farm, or commercial property, this guide will walk you through how to create a new user and connect them to the EZView app for remote viewing.

We will create your user account.

You will then receive an email from us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with a registration link. 

Clicking on the link will open up a new page. 

First, you will click on the "Send Code" button. Even if it doesn't seem to click it will still send you a code. 

It will ask you to complete a CAPTCHA. An example of the captcha is shown below, and some of the icons may be hard to locate depending on the image that is behind them. 

Click 'Okay' to complete the CAPTCHA before proceeding to the next step. 

Second, you will receive the code and enter the code, plus your password. Read and accept the service agreement and privacy policy, and then click join team. 

Please send us a quick email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or directly to the installer who was helping you to let them know that you have joined the team. We will then assign any devices to your account. 

Once the devices have been added to your account, you can then download and sign into EZView. 

Navigate to the app store here - https://www.uniview.com/AppStore/ 

Click on the EZView UNV download link. 

On your phone, it will pull up the page with the app to install. 
On the computer it will show you a QR code to scan with your phone to download the app. 

Once you have downloaded the app, sign in. 

Your devices and permissions should already be assigned to your user.
